foodpanda, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Senior Manager of Logistics Optimization to drive the execution and continuous improvement of fast, reliable, and cost-efficient logistics across 16 markets. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with Product, Tech and Data teams to shape tools and capabilities.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of proven experience in logistics, operations, or similar roles within tech, mobility, or delivery industries.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders
• Data-driven problem-solving with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive data-backed decisions
• Experience with self-serve analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and SQL proficiency
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across diverse markets and teams
• Excellent spoken and written English

Responsabilidades

• Define long-term strategy for QCommerce logistics, translating business and customer needs into scalable solutions and best practices
• Influence prioritization and investment decisions through data-driven insights and strong business cases for senior leadership
• Act as a senior partner to Product, Tech, and Data teams to shape tools, integrations, and system capabilities
• Translate complex operational data into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and executive-ready narratives
• Drive large‑scale optimization initiatives and continuous improvement programs with measurable impact on cost, speed, and reliability
• Own end‑to‑end delivery performance, service levels, and cost efficiency, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
• Coordinate closely with regional and local logistics and QCommerce teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment of initiatives
