foodpanda is seeking a strategic leader to head Logistics Performance across our regional markets. You will design, analyze, and optimize rider payments and incentives, shaping live compensation models to balance fleet efficiency with financial sustainability.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with Finance and Product, and drive data-driven decisions that improve delivery times, rider availability, and customer experience across 17 markets.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in high growth tech, logistics, strategy consulting or analytics.
• Leadership: 3+ years of managing and developing teams, including experience managing other managers.
• Education: University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• Technical Fluency: Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with AI productivity tools and automation frameworks.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken, with ability to present to senior leadership

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing team of specialists and leads.
• Define long term strategies and targets for 17 markets, coordinating with regional finance and local logistics teams.
• Own the regional implementation of data science models, automated tools, and new pay components; manage testing and rollout.
• Champion continuous improvement and drive automation and scalable systems to reduce manual work.
• Partner with Local Logistics, Finance, and Product teams; translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership across the region
