Job summary

MTQ Distribution Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics administrator in Singapore. The role covers daily orders processing, shipment coordination, documentation management, and inventory support to ensure timely and accurate operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O Level or Higher NITEC or Diploma in Supply Chain.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative/shipping/freight forwarding/logistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills ie. Excel, Words, Outlook, pdf conversion, familiar with inventory/account system (VM, BC, etc).
