Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to process materials orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with suppliers. You will log orders in Oracle ERP and support sales activities while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires a Diploma in Business Studies, 2+ years of experience, and strong communication. Monthly rotating standby on weekends/public holidays is part of the schedule; on-site position near Paya Lebar MRT.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
• Available for monthly rotating standby schedule during weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for materials from sales staff or direct customers.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on item list.
• Distribute order sheets to suppliers.
• Log order information into ERP system (Oracle).
• Other duties as assigned.
