Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Order Fulfillment Executive to manage materials orders, quotations, and supplier coordination on a 6-month contract.

Based at Paya Lebar, you will use Oracle ERP and MS Office daily, logging orders accurately and supporting sales staff and customers. Diploma in Business Studies and at least 2 years of experience are required, and you must be prepared for monthly rotating weekend standby.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle ERP and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for materials from sales staff or customers.
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list.
• Distribute order sheets to suppliers.
• Log order information into the Oracle ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
