You will prepare shipping documents, coordinate with the warehouse service provider, and collaborate with sales, operations, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant and timely order fulfillment.

The role involves tracking shipments, resolving delays, and maintaining accurate records for traceability and audits, with stock takes conducted as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming domestic and international orders from receipt to delivery.
• Prepare and verify all shipment documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and custom paperwork.
• Take full ownership of the relationship with Logistic Warehouse Service Provider, ensuring accountability, communication and timely fulfilment.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across sales, operations and regulatory teams to ensure order execution and compliance.
• Track end-to-end shipments and proactively resolve delays or delivery issues.
• Ensure all shipment comply with country-specific regulations and configurations.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records for traceability and quality audits.
• Lead stock take and audits activities upon request.
