Job summary

LUXURY CAREERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate to coordinate logistics and merchandising operations. You will ensure accurate fulfilment of orders and monitor performance with third-party logistics partners.

The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with shipment documentation is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end merchandising and logistics operations, including import/export shipments, order processing, warehousing, and distribution.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders to support internal stakeholders, retailers, and boutiques.
• Monitor operational performance and costs, and manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with KPIs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely system updates to support strong inventory visibility and operational accuracy.
• Support and ensure compliance with internal control procedures to maintain inventory integrity and audit readiness.
• Prepare, verify, and manage shipment and customs documentation in accordance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Drive and support process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and other ad-hoc operational projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including warehousing, inventory, and distribution.
• Experience working with 3PL providers and managing shipment documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
