Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations: scheduling, routing, and driver assignments.
• Oversee warehouse activities: pallet loading, staging accuracy, and inventory control.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents: AWBs, Bills of Lading, invoices.
• Handle delivery exceptions (DEX, PUX, customer refusals) with corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers on delivery updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Generate weekly reports on delivery timelines, costs, and incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency.
