Job summary

STATIONERY WORLD (S) PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated warehouse operative to support daily operations, including picking, packing, stock handling and order preparation to ensure timely deliveries.

You will maintain a safe, clean and organized warehouse, assist with loading and unloading, and help with stock checks and general duties to keep operations running smoothly. Valid Class 3 driving licence required for vehicle movements.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods to maintain inventory accuracy and quality
• Handle stock movement and perform general warehouse duties to support operational flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to comply with safety standards
• Assist with loading and unloading goods to facilitate timely shipments and receipts
• Support delivery activities when required to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other ad-hoc warehousing tasks as assigned to support team needs
• Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence to operate company vehicles safely
