Job summary
BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Operations & Customer Service Associate for a 3‑month contract in Singapore, near Gul Circle MRT.
You will perform order processing, documentation, stock transfers in WMS, monitor schedules, manage billing, and prepare customer reports while ensuring timely delivery and compliant processes. You will also validate documents, escalate non-conformities and support improvement actions with the logistics team.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail in documentation and data entry.
- Familiarity with WMS and order processing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform order processing operations in compliance to rating principles and operator variations.
- Perform documentation for order processing activities.
- Perform stock transfer/system transaction in WMS.
- Monitor cargo handling schedules to ensure timelines are complied with.
- Perform system receipt of cargoes.
- Validate documentations and elevate non-conformities.
- Identify operational shortfall and elevate.
- Manage mitigating actions/plans to manage lapse in delivery of logistics services.
- Prepare reports for customers and operation.
- Perform billing process.
