Job summary

SPECTRAMA MARINE & INDUSTRIAL SUPPLIES PTE. LTD. seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to enter inventory movement data, monitor goods, and perform stock-taking to ensure accuracy.

You will use Excel and the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage records and support daily operations in our Singapore facility. Candidates should have at least N level or higher, fluent English, 0-2 years of warehouse experience, and a proactive, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required to coordinate with team and document processes.
• Experience with warehouse tasks and data entry is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Enter inventory movement data accurately to maintain up-to-date records
• Monitor goods movement and inspect product quality to ensure compliance with standards
• Perform warehouse handling activities including organizing stock and conducting annual stock-taking for inventory accuracy
• Use tools and instruments to pick and pack products efficiently for order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness and organize data records to support warehouse operations
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
