Nippon Sanso Singapore Ltd. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of products to ensure timely deliveries.

You will monitor stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors to maintain customer satisfaction. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and logistics software, and familiarity with warehousing and supply chain processes.

Formación

• Experience in logistics or warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of products and materials to ensure timely and efficient delivery
• Assist in the management of inventory levels, including monitoring stock and identifying any discrepancies
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, such as shipping records and delivery receipts
• Support the implementation of logistics-related policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems
