China Merchants Bank in Singapore seeks a Loans Officer to join the Operations Department. You will manage loan drawdowns, disbursements, and related documentation while performing AML/KYC checks and coordinating with Relationship Managers.

The role requires 3+ years in credit documentation, strong bilingual communication (English/Mandarin), and solid MS Office skills. The contract is renewable and a one-month completion bonus plus medical insurance are offered.

Competenze

At least 3 years of experience in credit documentation and loan administration.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external Chinese stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Mansioni

Interpret Facility Agreements / Offers to determine allowable transactions.
Handle loan drawdowns, rollovers, and collection of principal and interest payments and fees.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers on outstanding matters and documentation.
Conduct AML / KYC checks.
Prepare SWIFT payments for loan disbursements.
Maintain proper records and safekeeping of loan documents.
Process Bank Guarantees / Letters of Credit.
Prepare local, regulatory and Head Office reports.
Work with IT teams on system upgrades and UAT roll-outs.
Take on projects and other duties as assigned by HOD / Management.
