Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in finance-related field.
• Experience in loan processing and documentation is advantageous.
• 1 year in syndicated or bilateral loan transactions preferred.
• Bilingual Mandarin for client liaison.
• Ability to handle Chinese language documents.

Responsibilities

• Loan operation processing and documentation.
• Prepare reports for Head Office, MAS, and others on time.
• Prepare credit reviews for existing borrowers.
• Issue banker’s guarantees.
• Draft credit proposals for bilateral and syndicated loans.
• Assess credit risk and formulate assessment reports.
• Vet legal documents and handle amendments/waivers.
• KYC checks and CDD reviews for new and existing customers.
• Ad-hoc duties.
