PERSOL Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage loan operations, including drawdowns, rollovers, and fee handling. You will ensure accurate documentation, perform checks, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.

Responsibilities also include preparing payments, maintaining records, and supporting system enhancements with technology teams. A Bachelor's in Banking/Finance and 3+ years of experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit documentation and/or loan administration/loan operations.
• Strong attention to detail with structured documentation and controls.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with common productivity tools (spreadsheets, word processing, email/calendar).

Responsabilidades

• Review facility documentation and internal approvals to validate transactions.
• Execute loan operations activities including drawdowns, rollovers, interest/principal processing, and fees.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve missing items and discrepancies.
• Complete customer and transaction checks per policies.
• Prepare and release payment instructions for disbursements.
• Maintain filing and retention of loan records.
• Process trade instruments like guarantees and letters of credit.
• Compile periodic reports for stakeholders and submissions.
• Partner with technology teams to support system enhancements and testing.
• Participate in process improvements and ad-hoc tasks.
