Job summary

SS&C Technologies is seeking a Manager, Loans Operations in Singapore to lead end-to-end servicing of syndicated and bilateral loan products. You will ensure accurate processing, SLA adherence, and strong internal controls across a dynamic financial services environment.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Middle Office, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to implement automation and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Experience in loans operations/loan servicing.
• Knowledge of syndicated loans and loan lifecycle processes.
• Deep technical knowledge of loan structures (bilateral, syndicated, PIK loans, revolvers, bridge loans, distressed debt, mezzanine).
• Hands-on experience with loan servicing systems such as Allvue, Solvas, ClearPar, Investran, eFront, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end servicing and administration of syndicated and bilateral loan products, ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Execute end-to-end loan operations across the transaction lifecycle (trade capture, settlements, funding, rollovers, interest processing, reconciliations).
• Maintain SLAs and track performance through KPIs and management information.
• Manage client onboarding and account transitions with robust controls.
• Support audits and enhance governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Front/Middle Office, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver operational objectives.
• Identify, implement, and automate process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist in testing, implementation, and deployment of new systems and tools.
• Document SOPs, controls, and artefacts to meet audit requirements.
• Monitor risk, identify gaps, and mitigate operational risk.
