The role requires hands-on experience with booking, release of proceeds, collections, and loan loss provisioning, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timely decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably business-related
• 2 years of back-end loan and trade ops experience, leading a team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Hands-on in booking, release of proceeds, collections, reporting and loan loss provisioning for overdue accounts

Responsibilities

• Informs clients of new regulatory circulars and reviews accounts to enhance service quality
• Acts as alternate signatory in absence of Operations Head
• Reviews, prepares, approves and submits branch reports per policies and controls
