Job summary

Danos Group, Singapore-headquartered financial institution, is seeking an experienced Loan Operations leader to join its Operations leadership team. The role covers the full loan lifecycle, works directly with senior business stakeholders, and offers scope to lead the team when required.

You will oversee loan administration and servicing across a range of financing structures, review transactions in detail, and act as a key operations contact for senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting or related discipline.
• 12+ years in loan operations, administration and servicing within financial services, with syndicated/bilateral loans.
• Experience leading teams and managing third-party vendors.
• Clear communicator, able to work at both detailed and management level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan administration and servicing across the full loan lifecycle, across a range of financing structures.
• Review transactions in detail and challenge business teams and counterparties when required.
• Act as a key operations contact for senior business stakeholders and management.
• Lead and develop operations teams, and deputise for the department head when needed.
• Manage third-party service providers and drive process improvements.
• Maintain operational controls and audit readiness.
