Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a financing operations professional to support senior bankers in structuring and closing loan deals in Singapore.

The role involves preparing paperwork, reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with internal policy. You will assist the Front Office on agency and bilateral mandates, run agency administration for syndicated loans, monitor covenants and collateral, and act as a point of contact for borrowers and lenders on waivers and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Set up financing deals and prepare paperwork, checking they match credit approvals
• Support the Front Office on agency and bilateral mandates
• Run agency administration for syndicated loans, including Facility Agent, Security Agent and Account Bank roles
• Review legal documents and work with relevant parties to keep them in line with internal policy
• Handle utilisation requests, rate-fixing and rollovers
• Be the contact for borrowers and lenders on waiver, consent and amendment requests
• Set up and manage limits in LIQ
• Monitor collateral and covenants
• Provide rates and indicators for portfolio valuation
