Job summary

ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Portfolio Coordinator to join a highly integrated LNG trading team.

You will drive optimization opportunities, manage long-term contracts and delivery programs, and coordinate complex LNG cargo scheduling across stakeholders to safeguard commercial interests. Ideal candidates hold a strong technical background in economics/engineering, with 10+ years in LNG and proven negotiation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent.
10+ years of professional LNG industry experience.
Ability to read, understand and execute contractual clauses to protect company interest.
Innovative mindset to seek optimization opportunities and create value.
Highly collaborative with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Innovate and drive optimization opportunities with LNG teams to maximize value.
Participate in long-term LNG contract negotiations and reviews for future flexibility.
Manage complex scheduling and delivery while maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Develop Annual Delivery Programs and optimize 90-Day schedules with LNG team.
Coordinate day-to-day LNG cargo deliveries and schedule adjustments.
Maximize volume value and manage swap arrangements to capture higher value.
Expand global market footprint and manage contractual rights to protect SPA values.
Monitor VaR related to spread book and trading activities; support risk reporting.
Produce stewardship and customer service standard reports and presentations.
