Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an LMS & learning technologies specialist to administer and maintain the bank's Learning Management System and related platforms in Singapore. You will provide technical support, manage content, schedule courses, and generate reports for compliance and performance metrics.

You will collaborate with learning and development teams to integrate new content, evaluate new tools, and deliver user guides. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with LMS and learning tech tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the bank's Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning technology platforms, including user management, content uploading, course scheduling, and reporting.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users (employees and trainers) regarding learning technology tools and issues.
• Collaborate with learning and development specialists to integrate new learning content and functionalities into existing platforms.
• Assist in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new learning technologies and tools to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Develop and deliver training and user guides for employees on how to effectively use learning technology platforms and features.
• Monitor and analyze learning technology usage data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and report on key metrics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations related to learning technology platforms.
• Participate in LearnTech team projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and strategic objectives.
