Job summary

ST Engineering in Singapore seeks a Senior Digital Learning Lead to oversee the design, implementation and governance of learning platforms, including LMS, e‑learning tools and virtual classrooms. You will shape technical strategy and drive scalable learning solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital learning projects and teams.
• Proficiency with LMS, authoring tools, and LXP.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the team, troubleshooting and optimizing performance.
• Design and architect digital learning solutions and ensure LMS integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, and IT to align with digitalization goals.
• Stay updated on AI-driven learning, AR/VR, and adaptive learning trends.
• Ensure quality through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
• Lead and mentor developers and specialists, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Work with external vendors to implement best-in-class solutions.
• Define success metrics, gather data from learning platforms, and analyze results to measure impact of digital learning initiatives.
