The team translates policies into practical operational rules, develops risk assessment agents, and produces analytical reports to inform policy refinement and risk strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in internet content operations, content moderation, content safety, or related fields.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets.
• Knowledge of content safety risks and digital trends, with the ability to translate policies into operational rules.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and incident response capabilities.
• Fast learner with strong comprehension, adaptable to regulatory changes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret Community Guidelines and platform policies into actionable content judgment standards and build case libraries for consistent decision-making across scenarios.
• Leverage large language model capabilities to develop risk assessment agents and prompts that align outputs with human judgment.
• Produce risk assessment and content safety analysis reports to support policy refinement and risk mitigation.
• Use content quality control tools and data analysis tools; collaborate with operations and product teams to implement risk prevention strategies.
