Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning; proficiency in classification, clustering, and sequence modeling (e.g., XGBoost, DeepFM, Transformers).
• Proficient coding in Python, C++, or Go; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch; familiarity with large-scale distributed systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, strong logical thinking and data sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk identification and governance for ecosystem/content and financial risks on TikTok Live.
• Design and optimize high-precision, low-latency risk detection models on multimodal data.
• Analyze adversarial patterns to build robust defense strategies and rapid responses to threats.
• Drive adoption of AI technologies (LLMs, AI Agents, multimodal models) to improve automated risk reasoning.
