Job summary

Nishin Baby in Singapore is seeking an hands-on Live Commerce and E‑commerce Lead to own the channel and revenue. You will host regular livestreams in English and Mandarin, plan campaigns, manage stores on Shopee, TikTok Shop and our website, and grow the diaper subscription business.

You will coordinate with the China factory and Singapore warehouse, forecast demand, optimize ads against ROAS, build partnerships, and translate user content.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience selling consumer products online, including running a Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop store.
• Proven experience hosting livestreams or on-camera selling with a link/recording.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Comfortable with numbers: read store data, calculate ROAS and margin, and act on it.
• Able to work afternoon-to-evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Live Commerce: host regular livestreams on TikTok Live and Shopee Live, script, demonstrate and promote products.
• E-commerce Operations: manage Shopee, TikTok Shop and website stores, pricing, vouchers, bundles and campaigns; grow subscription base; manage ads with ROAS targets; forecast demand and coordinate replenishment with factory and Singapore warehouse.
