Job summary

INTERO ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands‑on E‑Commerce & Contents Executive to manage online marketplaces, livestream sales, and social media content for branded bed linens.

The role balances e‑commerce operations with engaging content creation across Shopee, TikTok Shop and Rednote. You will appear on camera, present products confidently, and work with the marketing team to develop scripts, publish posts, and track performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, E‑Commerce, Digital Media, or related field.
• Experience in e‑commerce operations, livestream hosting, social media management or content creation.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera and presenting products to an audience.
• Strong verbal communication skills and engaging on‑camera presence.
• Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop and/or Rednote is an advantage.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to work scheduled livestream sessions, including occasional evenings or promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of Shopee and TikTok Shop accounts.
• Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, product variations and stock availability.
• Upload new product launches and ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
• Set up and manage platform campaigns, vouchers, bundles, promotional mechanics and campaign listings.
• Monitor orders, fulfilment status, cancellations, customer enquiries and after‑sales issues.
• Coordinate livestream schedules, featured products, exclusive deals and flash promotions.
• Monitor livestream performance, ads management, including viewership, engagement, click‑throughs and sales conversion.
• Review livestream results and recommend improvements to increase audience retention and sales.
• Manage content for Rednote (XHS), including planning, publishing, and account maintenance.
• Create and publish lifestyle‑focused posts, product recommendations, reviews and promotional content.
• Develop content ideas aligned with platform trends and brand positioning.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement and content performance.
