Revamp Hair (S) Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a results-driven Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for Social Commerce & Ecommerce to lead our Shopee and TikTok Shop growth.
You will manage end-to-end marketplace operations, live selling, creator networks, ads, and performance reporting to drive sustainable GMV and premium brand presence. Qualifications
- 3–5 years managing Shopee Seller Center and TikTok Shop Seller Center in beauty/skincare.
- Proven livestreaming, affiliate sales, and mega-day campaigns experience.
- Hands-on Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ad Manager experience.
- Comfort using analytics to drive commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, shop architecture, campaign registration, and stock on Shopee and TikTok Shop.
- Plan and execute mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) to maximize GMV and visibility.
- Optimize PDPs, bundles, flash sales, and store vouchers to improve conversion and AOV.
- Schedule weekly livestreams; optimize scripts, offers, timing, and host performance.
- Recruit and scale a network of beauty creators, TikTok affiliates, and influencers.
- Collaborate with marketing to create shoppable videos with clear CTAs.
- Manage Shopee Ads and TikTok Shop Ads to achieve target ROAS.
- Coordinate external paid traffic directing to store pages.
- Track and report channel performance weekly (GMV, traffic, CTR, CR, AOV, ad spend).
- Forecast stock coverage on Shopee and TikTok Shop warehouses to prevent stockouts.
