Job summary

KIWI SPRINGS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven e-commerce and digital marketing specialist in Singapore.

You will manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, run campaigns, optimise ads, and oversee social media efforts to boost brand visibility and online sales. You will coordinate with internal teams on inventory and fulfilment, work with creators and affiliates, and analyse performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok Shop.
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for business or marketing purposes.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Proactive, independent, organised and results-oriented.
• Experience in FMCG, beverages or consumer products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop, including listings, pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Plan and execute e-commerce campaigns, vouchers, bundles and promotions.
• Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns and monitor ad spend and ROAS.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and online sales.
• Coordinate social media content, product images and short-form videos.
• Work with KOLs, content creators and affiliates to drive campaigns and sales.
• Monitor performance and prepare regular reports on sales, ads and social media.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, orders, fulfilment and deliveries.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities to improve online sales.
