Job summary

JJ GOLD JEWELLERY PTE. LTD. seeks a strategic marketing leader in Singapore to drive e-commerce, live commerce and retail campaigns. You will shape annual and campaign-level plans, oversee live-stream operations and customer engagement to boost sales and brand growth.

You will coordinate content, advertising and CRM programs, translate goals into actionable targets, review performance and optimize conversion, AOV and retention across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing or live commerce.
• Experience managing live-streaming operations and performance-based campaigns.
• Strong commercial judgement using sales, content, advertising and customer data.
• Able to coordinate multiple teams and manage fast-moving daily operations.
• Experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual live-commerce and marketing strategies that support sales KPIs, brand priorities and product launches.
• Translate annual goals into monthly and campaign-level sales targets, live-stream themes, promotional mechanics and channel plans.
• Create and maintain an integrated marketing calendar covering live streams, campaigns, product launches and content.
• Review campaign performance and optimize sales conversion, AOV, CAC and retention.
• Manage daily live-streaming sessions and ensure schedule, product selection, pricing and host readiness meet standards.
• Coordinate content direction, publishing plan and editorial deadlines across creators and channels.
• Monitor advertising budget and CRM performance; align with live-stream schedules and product priorities.
