Job summary

Jointhire Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic Marketing Executive/Assistant Manager to drive integrated e-commerce campaigns and enhance online sales. You will manage cross-channel campaigns, analyze performance, and align branding with creative and ecommerce vendors.

The role emphasizes D2C engagement, customer insights, and collaboration with internal teams to optimize pricing, catalogs and promotional activities. Singapore location, MNC environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 2–3 years for executive position and 4–5 years for assistant manager.
• Experience in managing E-commerce platforms, own online stores, online sales, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C).
• Experience in customer engagement, roadshows, events, promotional activities (promotion, flash sales, Livestreams, Email marketing, etc.).
• Understand Key Online Metrics (e.g. site traffic, bounce rate, CVR, AOV).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns to boost traffic and sales.
• Manage online campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis and daily monitoring.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on pricing, cataloging, and strategies to maximize sales.
• Analyze online customer behavior to derive insights.
• Coordinate with creatives and ecommerce vendors on branding.
• Work with agencies to generate campaign creatives and copy.
• Manage online marketplaces and customer journeys.
• Explore D2C features to differentiate offerings.
• Manage platform chatbots and provide timely responses.
• Monthly sales, inventory and purchase management.
