Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in retail/luxury/e-commerce is advantageous.
• Proven ability to run multi-channel campaigns from planning through execution and optimisation.
• Experience leveraging analytics for data-driven creative decisions.

Responsibilities

• Improve visibility across search engines and emerging AI/answer experiences.
• Improve site/content discoverability through content optimisation.
• Build and manage a content roadmap that supports discovery and conversion.
• Maintain content standards and ensure web and social readiness.
• Formulate and own social media strategy and calendar across key platforms.
• Plan and execute social campaigns, coordinate creatives and copy, optimise performance.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns to meet business goals.
• Manage budgets, targeting, testing, and ongoing performance improvements.
• Track, report and recommend solutions to improve performance across channels.
• Translate data from platforms into insights and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed content/campaign workflows while maintaining brand standards.
• Stay current on platform changes and AI/discovery trends and adapt strategies.
• Lead and align with internal stakeholders on priorities and timelines.
