You will plan mechanics, manage budgets and vouchers, monitor performance in real time, and translate results into actionable recommendations to optimise future activations and seller engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma with marketing/business focus preferred.
• Internship experience considered.
• Strong ownership and initiative in projects.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy.
• Proven track record in cross-functional delivery.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day planning and operations of livestream & video activations for Singapore's Integrated Marketing Campaigns team.
• Plan and execute campaign mechanics to drive seller and creator participation during ecommerce sales periods.
• Manage campaign configurations including budgets, vouchers, and promotional tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure in-app resources and seller communications are ready ahead of campaign launches.
• Monitor campaign performance in real time, including voucher tracking and optimisations.
• Review campaign results across mechanics and outreach channels; document key learnings and provide data-driven recommendations to improve future campaigns.
• Progressively take ownership of end-to-end campaign planning and execution, working directly with internal stakeholders.
