Job summary

STMICROELECTRONICS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a detail‑oriented photolithography operator to manage daily line operations and support tool/process improvements. You will troubleshoot out-of-control situations and align with out-of-spec action plans.

You will rotate day/night shifts every two weeks, collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet KPIs, and contribute to operator training and documentation. 1–2 years in photolithography and semiconductor processes preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Material Science Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience in photolithography processes is preferred.
• Working knowledge of semiconductor processes.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork, communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with shift-work is an advantage.
• Active involvement with equipment counterparts to drive tool/process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily line operations in a photolithography environment.
• Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on lot disposition per action plans.
• Execute engineering tasks independently or with minimal supervision.
• Work on a rotating day/night shift pattern every 2 weeks.
• Collaborate across functional groups to meet KPI targets.
• Support operator training through spec materials and training of OJT trainers.
• Provide training to APE/PT to improve skills.
