Responsibilities

Work in a team, managing daily line operations, handling a variety of photolithography tool types.
Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation.
Follow out-of-control action plans which have been put in place.
Execute engineering tasks, independently or with minimal supervision.
Work on a 12-hour shift pattern, rotating every 2 weeks, day/night, standby duties and overtime when required.
Work across functional group to ensure key performance indices are met.
