Job summary

STMicroelectronics Singapore is seeking an Assistant Process Engineer (Lithography) to support day-to-day manufacturing activities, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement in lithography processes. You will work with tool owners, tool specialists, and production supervisors to maintain quality and yield.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and adapt to a 12-hour rotating shift. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hr shift, standby duties, and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support day-to-day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and isolation.
• Ensure smooth equipment operation and process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost.
• Provide cross functional / cross-dept / cross-fab support & coverage based on need & priority.
• Share technical knowledge and lessons learnt with new colleagues.
