Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Process Engineer (Lithography) in Singapore to support the development and optimization of photolithography steps in our semiconductor manufacturing lines.

You will analyze process data, monitor yield, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with R&D, production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvements in precision and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Basics of photolithography and semiconductor processes.
• Experience with data analysis and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and optimization of photolithography processes.
• Monitor and control lithography steps to ensure high quality output.
• Document process parameters, experiments, and results; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, QA, and maintenance teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost yield and efficiency.
