Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking a Lithography Process Engineer to operate and optimize Photolithography equipment (Canon i-Line), support process setup, development, and CAPA-driven yield improvements. You will monitor SPCs, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stable, high-throughput manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience in Semiconductor Lithography Process Engineering.
• Knowledge of photolithography, alignment, exposure control, and defect mechanisms.
• Hands-on exposure to lithography equipment and bonding/printing tools is highly desirable.
• Strong troubleshooting, SPC, and data-driven problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize photolithography equipment; define and tune process recipes.
• Support lithography process setup, development, optimization, and tool performance.
• Monitor process performance, SPC tracking, and defect analysis to ensure stability.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and drive CAPA for yield and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process transfer and tech ramp-up.
• Document parameters, experiments, and results; update SOPs and specs.
