Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a Process Development and Lithography Engineer in Singapore to drive optimization of photolithography processes, including Canon Stepper and DNS/SVG track. You will collect data, run experiments, and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to improve yield and robustness.

You will monitor tool performance, troubleshoot excursions, and contribute to standardization and process transfer across teams in a fast-paced semiconductor setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field.
• Hands-on semiconductor lithography process engineering experience.
• Experience with Canon Stepper / EVG620 or DNS / SVG track required.
• Strong understanding of lithography fundamentals and process control.
• Experience in process monitoring, SPC, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process development and optimization for lithography workflows.
• Monitor process performance, troubleshoot excursions, and ensure high yield.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and equipment teams on changes.
• Document parameters, experiments, results, and process changes.
• Support technology transfer and cross-functional problem solving.
