Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking a Process Development and Lithography Engineer to drive optimization of photolithography steps and monitor tool performance. You will work across R&D, manufacturing and equipment teams to define recipes, run experiments, analyze data and implement changes for yield and stability.

The role requires hands-on experience with Canon Stepper or EVG620 or DNS/SVG track, strong problem solving, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• Experience in Semiconductor Lithography Process Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Canon Stepper / EVG620 or DNS / SVG track.
• Understanding of lithography fundamentals, process windows, alignment, overlay, exposure control, and defect mechanisms.
• Experience in process monitoring, SPC, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and tune lithography process recipes and critical parameters.
• Monitor lithography process performance for high yield and stability.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Document process changes and prepare technical reports for reviews.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and equipment teams.
