Silicon Box in Singapore is seeking a technical leader for lithography equipment, driving performance and readiness for high-volume manufacturing. You will mentor engineers, resolve complex equipment issues, and partner with process teams and vendors to optimize yield and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Materials, or related field).
• Extensive experience in high-volume manufacturing environments (semiconductor, advanced packaging, electronics).
• Proven track record of owning equipment performance and driving improvements (OEE, yield).
• Hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems; troubleshooting ability.
• Strong experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, RCA, FMEA).
• Familiar with data-driven engineering tools (SPC, DOE, FDC, data analytics; SQL/Python).
• Experience with SECS/GEM, PLC programming, or scripting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational leadership to the lithography equipment team.
• Act as the primary contact for equipment related escalations and critical tool issues.
• Lead tool performance reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Drive equipment readiness for production ramps, technology transfers, and mass production runs.
• Coordinate and prioritize team activities to meet manufacturing, uptime, and yield targets.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve equipment issues and improve equipment performance.
• Own and improve SOPs, maintenance plans, and best practices.
