Job summary
Ambition Singapore is seeking a Principal Consultant in Engineering & Manufacturing to lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of semiconductor equipment in a high-volume fab. You will analyze performance data, drive improvements, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
The role emphasizes technical leadership, responsible for equipment readiness, safety and operational compliance, and delivering ongoing enhancements across projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering or related field.
- Extensive semiconductor equipment engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting experience with semiconductor equipment.
- Experience leading improvement projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
- Ensure equipment readiness and minimize production downtime.
- Drive equipment upgrades, optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze equipment performance data and technical trends.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering initiatives and projects.
