Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a senior Maintenance Engineer for lithography equipment to help uphold uptime, performance, and product quality across manufacturing lines.

The role involves PM, troubleshooting, and advanced analysis of equipment and process data, while leading improvement projects and ensuring strict EH&S compliance. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Lithography experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support equipment readiness.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade of equipment ensuring minimize downtime.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts.
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and custody of tools, equipments and other properties.
• Work and collaborate on other projects and assignments as needed.
