ARISTON SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to support end-to-end Linux migration execution.

You will assist the Technology Delivery Manager in coordinating project activities across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure milestones are delivered on time. Responsibilities include preparing artefacts, coordinating IDT/UAT sessions, and consolidating progress reports for management.

Formación

• 2-5 years of IT project coordination or PMO support experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in infra or app projects.
• Exposure to UAT/IDT coordination in enterprise migrations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate workshops, technical meetings, and IDT/UAT prep sessions.
• Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on deliverables.
• Track action items and ensure timely closure with owners.
• Prepare and maintain artefacts: minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, sign-offs.
• Assist with audit and compliance documentation.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
