Qualifications

• More than 2 years in operations or maritime logistics, or seafarer re‑conversion.
• Expertise in executing operations in day‑to‑day execution (coastal schedule, stowage planning).
• Familiar with core cost elements (restow, bunker, CH, port cost).

Responsibilities

• Establish stowage plans and coastal schedules for full ship operations.
• Collaborate with Trade, EMD, procurement, finance, and chartering.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
