Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Limousine Dispatcher to manage bookings, assign drivers, and coordinate seamless guest transfers across the Limousine Dispatch System, Counters, and driveways. You will report for all planned shifts and locations, support both indoor and outdoor operations, and help ensure high standards of guest service.

The role requires multitasking, basic Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Familiar with basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage limousine bookings via the Limousine Dispatch System and assign jobs to drivers.
• Coordinate with Limousine Counters, Driveways, and gate staff to transfer guests.
• Handle guest inquiries by phone and email and update booking statuses.
• Post charges and ensure accurate billing and reporting in the POS.
• Support with luggage handling and assist guests with boarding.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
