Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related discipline.
• Passion for hospitality, guest service, and hands-on learning.
• Energetic, positive and eager to take on new challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; well-groomed appearance.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment including outdoor and airport ops.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle guest luggage.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with proactive attitude and reliability.
• Basic IT skills; Word/Excel familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Support limousine dispatch and coordination and observe command centre operations.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle assignments and monitoring bookings.
• Learn guest bookings, VIP arrangements, and external vendor coordination.
• Observe service quality reviews aligned to Forbes standards.
• Support valet operations and curbside service; engage with guests.
• Assist cashiering transactions and learn POS functions.
• Provide warm guest service and respond to inquiries.
• Gain exposure to airport command centre coordination and ground-ops communications.
• Observe supervisory practices and daily briefings across teams.
• Develop end-to-end guest journey management understanding.
