Job summary

Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Limousine Dispatcher/Coordinator to manage driver assignments via the Limousine Dispatch System (LDS), verify guest requests, and ensure booking details are accurate before dispatching.

You will monitor driver movements, forecast daily vehicle needs, process charges through the POS system, generate daily reports, and handle emails and calls while complying with SOPs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality Operations or related field preferred.
• Experience in hotel operations is an advantage.
• Experience in service and hospitality industry will be an advantage.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assign jobs to drivers based on queue list through LDS.
• Ensure guest special requests are met and booking details are correct before dispatch.
• Forecast daily vehicle requirements and manage outsource fleet as needed.
• Monitor drivers' movements during shifts.
• Generate and update daily reports.
