Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking a seasoned Limousine Dispatcher to manage bookings, assign drivers, and coordinate seamless guest transfers across the Limousine Dispatch System, Counters, and driveways. You will report for all planned shifts and locations, support both indoor and outdoor operations, and help ensure high standards of guest service.

The role requires multitasking, basic Microsoft Office skills, and willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage limousine bookings via the Limousine Dispatch System and assign jobs to drivers.
  • Coordinate with Limousine Counters, Driveways, and gate staff to transfer guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries by phone and email and update booking statuses.
  • Post charges and ensure accurate billing and reporting in the POS.
  • Support with luggage handling and assist guests with boarding.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.

Job Responsibilities
General Responsibilities

Perform all duties assigned by the Dispatcher Manager in accordance with Limousine Services Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, compliance guidelines, and operational requirements. Report for all planned shifts and deployment locations as assigned, including the Limousine Command Centre, Limousine Counters, Driveways, and off‑site locations when required. Fulfil operational requirements that may involve prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer use, outdoor deployment, and duties performed in both indoor and outdoor work environments. Assist with the lifting, pushing, or pulling of items, including luggage trolleys, as operationally required. Perform ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Limousine Command Centre Responsibilities

Manage and monitor limousine bookings through the Limousine Dispatch System, including assigning jobs to drivers based on the queue list and operational priorities. Verify booking details and guest special requests before dispatch to ensure accurate service delivery. Allocate vehicles for scheduled and ad‑hoc requests based on vehicle availability, service requirements, and operational demand. Monitor driver movements, job progress, and vehicle utilization throughout the shift. Forecast daily vehicle requirements and activate or stand down outsourced disposal fleet support according to operational demand. Handle limousine booking enquiries and requests via email and phone, including coordination with relevant stakeholders. Post limousine charges to guest entitlements or applicable payment modes using the Point of Sale system, where required. Ensure completed jobs are accurately charged, posted, and updated with the relevant check numbers in the Limousine Booking System. Coordinate with external vendors for required services, including coach arrangements and airport meet‑and‑greet support. Prepare, update, and file daily reports and other operational records as required.

Limousine Counters & Driveways Responsibilities

Support guest-facing limousine operations at Hotel and Casino Limousine Counters, Driveways, and designated arrival or departure points, e.g. paging for guests. Attend to walk‑in guests and call‑in booking requests from internal stakeholders, including the Sales Team. Create, monitor, amend, and update limousine transfers in the Limousine Booking System. Validate guest entitlements and redeem limousine trips accurately when bookings are requested. Ensure guests and their belongings board the correct vehicle, including assisting with door opening, luggage loading and unloading, carrying items and guest comfort while waiting. Regulate vehicle positioning at Limousine Counters and Driveways to support safe and comfortable guest boarding and alighting. Communicate with the Limousine Command Centre regarding vehicle availability, booking amendments, standby requirements, job assignments, and cancellations. Manage guest expectations and coordinate with relevant departments during operational constraints, including situations where vehicles are unavailable. Update relevant departments on arrival and departure booking statuses, including airport and ferry terminal transfers. Provide professional guest service, including responding to general enquiries on hotel facilities or local attractions.
