Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Costing/Estimating professional to support lighting/M&E projects in Singapore. You will prepare costing, take-offs and quotations, review tender documents, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Quantity Surveying, 3+ years in costing or tendering, and proficiency in Excel; AutoCAD or DIALux skills are a plus. On-site work at Ubi, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Quantity Surveying or related.
• 3+ years in costing, estimating, tendering, QS or construction.
• Experience in lighting, electrical or M&E preferred.
• Familiar with BOQ, tender documents, drawings and costing.
• Proficient in Excel / MS Office.
• AutoCAD / DIALux experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare costing, quantity take-offs and quotations for projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Compare supplier pricing, products and lead times.
• Recommend suitable lighting products based on project requirements and cost.
• Liaise with suppliers and coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchasing & Project teams.
• Support tender submissions and project documentation.
