Job summary

DLE M&E PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Tendering and Cost Management professional to support cost control for mechanical and electrical projects.

You will prepare Bills of Quantities, estimate tenders, and apply cost engineering to optimize project costs. Responsibilities include developing preliminary designs for Design and Build tenders, monitoring costs, and generating cost reports while collaborating with the project teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of tendering experience in mechanical and electrical firms.
• Familiarity with cost engineering and tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities for tender submissions.
• Estimate and submit tenders for mechanical and electrical projects.
